ATG K.K. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. from Japan. ATG K.K is headquartered in Japan and has subsidiaries in strategically important regions around the world. ATG K.K and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Alliance Tire Group (ATG).
ATG is one of the global leaders in the field of off-road tires. It owns three globally renowned brands: Alliance, Galaxy, and Primex. These brands are well-known in the OHT (Off-Highway Tire) market segments in many regions of the world and have gradually merged under the ATG banner.

ATG has 3 production bases, one in Hadera ("ATI") in Israel and two in India ("ATC"): one in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, and the other in Dahej, Gujarat. Its products are manufactured in accordance with strict quality standards that apply to all ATG products.
