Fedima tyre

A leading player in tyre retreading in Europe, Fedima has been operating since 1969. With 8500 employees and producing about 800 tyres per day, the brand offers the most varied production in the world, with a particular emphasis on continuous product innovation.

Its internationalisation process started 20 years ago, and exports to 30 countries/regions accounted for 55% of total exports.
In 1990, the company registered a complete range of products under two brands: FEDIMA for passenger cars, 4X4s, heavy and light trucks, and CAFEMA for agricultural machinery series. In 1998, the company undertook work to increase the production area to 15,000 square meters. Since 2000, FEDIMA has achieved certification of the Portuguese quality system standard NP EN ISO 9001 and since 2002, its products have been approved according to ECE-UN regulations 108 and 109.
A strict production process and continuous technical investment determine the final product quality, thus ensuring the most reliable product for consumers.
