MICHELIN Starcross 6 Hard is a motocross tyre designed to maximise performance on hard surfaces. Not suitable for road use, it is aimed at off-road and competition enthusiasts seeking excellence.

With MICHELIN Adaptive Design technology, this tyre offers improved traction and increased stability on compact or varied terrains. It is also the first off-road tyre in the range to incorporate Michelin Silica technology, which strengthens the knobs for better longevity.

Developed in collaboration with professional riders, this model is frequently used in national and international competitions. It is characterised by consistent grip and durable adhesion, even in the most challenging conditions.

Recommended pressure: 0.9 bar (13 PSI)
Minimum pressure: 0.8 bar (11.6 PSI)

I used to use Mitas C10 or Michelin Enduro, but the Starcross 6 has great grip and a well-distributed tread pattern. The hard compound knobs handle traction perfectly on muddy terrain with rocks and grass, and it performs very well over logs, but especially on greasy and rocky terrain, it's excellent at pressures of 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8 bars. The Michelin Enduro on the rear, changed at the same time, is already quite worn, and the Starcross seems more durable in terms of wear on the front than its Michelin Enduro predecessor.
