GREAT TIRE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT, WHEN IT WEARS OUT AND LOSES PERFORMANCE, I INCREASE TRACTION CONTROL AND I CAN GET 3300 KM OUT OF THE LAST ONES BY ADOPTING A SMOOTHER RHYTHM.

I have found the tyres to date to be excellent on my 1200 RS. However, the latest tyre is not of the same finished quality as the three original ones I have used on my motorcycle. I purchased a pair of K3s, front and rear, which have yet to be fitted. The rear appears to be first-class, but the front seems to be of questionable quality. Upon receiving the tyre I inspected it and found that the bonding of the tread compound on the outer edges is uneven where it joins the carcass. I believe this could be problematic once the tyre is fitted, and balancing may be difficult because of the unevenness on both sides. The front tyre was manufactured in China and I think it is imperfect; the rear tyre, manufactured in Germany, is perfect. I am tempted to change brands, as these Metzeler tyres are disappointing, and for a top-of-the-range product this should not be the case.

Great as always Ordered early Monday, delivered Tuesday at noon, nothing stood in the way of the tour anymore.

Sticks extremely well and heats up quickly. Sold my motorcycle but if the tires of my R1 are worn out, I'll take the same ones.
