The dual compound distribution range is 40% - 20% - 40%.
Optimal stability and high-speed heat dispersion possible thanks to a balanced central tread of carbon black and silica.
Similar to the front, the 100% silica side tread structure offers low friction and excellent grip on wet surfaces.
Good heat distribution and perfect thermal stability of the shoulder during extreme turns provided by the Cap&Base tread design.

"Drop" grooves

The Metzeler - Roadtec 01 accelerates the compound's warm-up time, helps to improve stability and control of the motorcycle during braking, and increases traction on low friction surfaces.

Transverse grooves

Effective asphalt grip and optimal water drainage due to improved interaction with the ABS.

Composed of conventional dimensions

Heating up quickly due to its unique compound made of silica and carbon black, it also ensures perfect grip on dry ground.
