The tread pattern is asymmetric, with elongated shoulder blocks and four wide longitudinal grooves. This "rain" tread pattern provides excellent grip on wet surfaces. Due to the specific design of the tread pattern, the Solazo Plus tyres are more resistant to aquaplaning than the Solazo tyres.
Solazo Plus is made from a special and innovative silica-based rubber compound with improved cross-linking. The combination of this engineering solution with a specific tread pattern ensures better handling on asphalt and wet roads, improved wear resistance, and resistance to thermal ageing.
