Great tyres

Delivered promptly and earlier than expected. Very little road use so far, but the tyres are behaving as described. Very good.

Everything is okay

The Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres were chosen for my BMW F48 X1 xDrive in 225/55/17 size because I was looking for good, responsive handling characteristics without compromising the comfort of the car. I am very happy with the choice, as it is exactly what I wanted: soft over potholes and road imperfections, with sporty and responsive handling. The Michelin Pilot Sport 5 is one of the best summer tyres for safety in both wet and dry conditions, has good rolling resistance for a performance tyre, and amazing tread life. Michelin is also known for maintaining its characteristics for the whole life of the tyre, and it does not dry out and lose performance after three years like many tyre brands. I also want to point out that BMW recommends special tyres for cars with the xDrive system (with the star marking). These tyres do not have the star, but I have had zero issues and no problems with my car. As long as you keep the same tyre pressure across all four wheels (for non-run-flat tyres, around 2.5–2.6 bar for the F48 X1) and check your tyre pressure regularly, you will not have any problems with modern xDrive.

One of the best all-round tyres. Good grip on both dry and wet roads. Comfortable for everyday use, but also offers very good grip during sporty driving. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tyre that can do almost everything well.

So far, I am satisfied with the purchase. The delivery was fast, the tyres arrived in good condition, and the whole process went smoothly. We will have to see how they perform over time, but for now, it has been a good experience.
