TRANSMATE is an iconic brand of TERCELO TIRE GROUP, a branch of the WZ Group, which has been one of the leading suppliers of materials in China for over twenty years. The WZ Group, ranked among the Fortune 500 global companies, expanded its activities from supplying rubber raw materials to manufacturing tyres through several mergers and acquisitions. In 2019, the group founded TERCELO TIRE GROUP Co LTD to oversee its rubber and tyre divisions.

In 2022, TERCELO TIRE GROUP reached a production capacity of 15 million semi-steel tyres for passenger cars, 5.5 million all-steel tyres for trucks, and 50,000 special tyres. TRANSMATE, alongside brands "TERCELO", "SUPERHAWK", "YINGBA", "THREE-A", and "RAPID", holds certifications such as 3C, DOT, EU, and GCC for the Middle East. TRANSMATE products are distributed in 29 provinces in China through more than 300 distribution channels and are exported to North America, Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania.

To adapt to different market requirements, TERCELO TIRE GROUP collaborates with prestigious universities and has established an R&D centre in partnership with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, and Jilin University. Through constant investment and the contribution of international researchers, the company has developed a distinctive design concept and cutting-edge technology, thereby enhancing its reputation as a world-renowned tyre manufacturer.
