Everyone has their own quality requirements and criteria when choosing a fitting centre:

Today we supply for the whole of Europe.

So it's highly likely that we have a fitting centre within six miles of your home.

Try out our fitting centre selector by typing in your post code.

A map with your address, all nearby fitting centres, and the distance from your home will appear on the results page.

Should I contact the fitting centre before I go there to get my tyres fitted?

In order to get the most out of your customer experience and respect the fitting centre's schedule, it's always a good idea to let them know you're coming by making an appointment or giving them a quick call.

If, however, you don't have the time (or if you decide to pop in at the last minute), our fitting centres will do their best to meet your needs.

Are the fitting centres good at what they do?

When we select our fitting partners, we spend a lot of time finding you:

  • skilled automotive experts who love their work
  • places where customers can receive a warm welcome
  • services at reasonable prices

Our customers also have the possibility to leave a review to confirm we made a good choice, or to let us know where improvements are needed.

We are very happy with and have faith in our fitting centres.

Can the fitting centre store my winter tyres?

A lot of fitting centres also provide a tyre storage service.

This means you don't need to store your tyres yourself.

You'll find the various services available on the centre's profile page.

If, however, you can't find the information you're looking for, don't hesitate to get in touch with them directly.

This service should be paid for directly at the fitting centre.

When can I pick up my tyres from the fitting centre?

As soon as your tyres have arrived, we suggest you get them fitted as soon as possible.

This is so you can stay safe with new tyres on your car.

This also avoids clutter for your fitting centre.

Getting your tyres fitted couldn't be easier, simply get in touch with the centre and set a date and time for your fitting.

How do I make an appointment to have my rims fitted?

When you buy rims or a wheel pack, you can:

  • fit them yourself
  • have them fitted at one of our 20,000 fitting centres

All you need to do is choose a local fitting centre or the address that suits you best.

When your tyres are on the way or once they've been delivered, set a time and day for an appointment to have them fitted.

What documents should I take when I go to my fitting centre?

It's really easy!

The fitting centre just needs your name (and sometimes your order number).

They'll quickly find your package and get your fitting done right away.

How do you select your garages?

All our garages and fitting centres have been carefully selected based on:

  • location
  • services offered
  • quality of services
  • prices

Our customers also have the opportunity to leave their opinions.

All these elements mean you can visit our partners with complete confidence.

Can the garage repair my flat tyre?

All fitting centres and garages have real tyre experts on hand to help.

They'll give their fair and expert opinion to tell you if:

  • your tyre is repairable. If it is, they'll be able to carry out a quality repair, in accordance with road regulations.
  • your tyre is not repairable If this is the case, you can then order your new tyres directly from Grip500 and get your replacements fitted quickly.

Buying from Grip500 means buying with the expert's guarantee!

Do you also fit motorbike tyres?

Many of our fitting centres fit motorbike tyres.

You'll find a list of all the specialised services proposed on the stations' profile pages.

Several fitting centres are exclusively dedicated to motorbike tyre fitting.

Do you also fit run-flat tyres?

It's really important to have your run-flat tyres fitted by experts.

On our website you'll find all the details of what our experts can do.

In order to properly fit your run-flat tyres, the available fitting centres have the necessary equipment and have been specially trained to fit this type of tyre.

Do you also fit van tyres?

On our fitting centre profile pages, we indicate whether or not each partner is equipped to fit utility vehicle tyres.

In fact, fitting centres that specialise in vans and other utility vehicles are equipped with ramps and other specific tools.

Do you also fit low-profile tyres?

You'll find all the details and descriptions and prices on our fitting centre profile pages.

This will let you know if the centre of your choice is equipped and trained to fit low-profile tyres and up to what diameter.

If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to contact them. They will be able to advise you.

Why are there different fitting prices?

All our fitting centre profiles list all their services and prices.

This way, you can make an informed choice.

Prices differ depending on how complex the service is:

  • The lower the profile and the larger the diameter, the more delicate the removal, fitting, and balancing are, and thus more specialised equipment is required.
  • The heavier your vehicle is, the more your equipment needs to be adapted to carry such loads.
  • Some tyres (such as run-flat tyres) have specific sidewalls that make fitting more complex.
  • The steel rims and alloy wheel require different protections.

All these elements mean that fitting prices can vary between a Ford Ka and a BMW X6 20-inch run-flat.

Who will fit my tyres?

Our fitters are employees or company managers who are experts in their field.

They all fit several hundred, or even thousand tyres each year.

On the customer review page, you can find out what other customers thought... and compare the fitting centres near you.

Do you have mobile fitting centres?

We do have partner mobile fitting centres. Start your search with 'mobile fitting centre' to find them.

This way, you can make an appointment for fitting at the address of your choice.

Mobile fitting centres are indicated as such on their profile pages.

How much does the work cost?

Each fitting partner has different prices depending on their costs, services, and equipment.

On our website, you'll find all the details allowing you to compare the services and prices.

With Grip500, enjoy professional services and no more unpleasant surprises!

Prices are given by service, so you don't encounter any unexpected charges.
