How long does it take to place an order?

Ordering tyres from your home has never been easier... Ordering through our website can be done in 3 minutes flat! Once we've received payment confirmation, we start preparing your order in our warehouse. Your tyres are prepared that day and leave the warehouse on the same day, or, depending on the time of order, the next morning.

You can then track your order using the parcel number that we send you by email. The carrier will then deliver, according to the order, to the address of your choice: home, workplace, fitting centre or elsewhere.

Do you sell to business customers?

We take care of all our clients: individuals or professionals, rental agencies or users. Tyre professionals have access to special tariffs.

Do you also have garages?

All our garages are trained to professionally fit your tyres or complete wheels.

Do the prices shown include taxes?

All prices displayed on the GRIP500 site include taxes. So, VAT is included in our sale price. If you're a business customer subject to VAT in a country that practices reverse-charge accounting on domestic sales, we do not charge you VAT. On the other hand, if you're a business customer in a country that does not practice reverse-charge accounting on domestic sales, we charge VAT, and you can deduct it on your VAT return.

Do tyre prices include the fitting cost?

The tyre prices shown on the GRIP500 site don't include the cost of fitting, just the price of the product. You can choose to have your tyres fitted by one of our fitting partners, or at the address of your choice. All the services and prices practised by our fitting partners are displayed on their profiles, which you'll find when you validate your cart, or via the fitting tab.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Following the validation of your order, we'll send you a confirmation email.

With this email, you can:

  1. see that your order has been correctly processed.
  2. check that you've ordered the right products in the right sizes and quantities.
  3. rest assured that our team is already busy preparing your package.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Once you've confirmed your order, we'll send you a confirmation.

If you wish to change your delivery address, please let us know as quickly as possible by visiting our website and selecting the 'contact us' tab.

Our teams are most likely already preparing your order.

So it is important to inform them very quickly before the delivery labels are printed and your tyres are shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Are all the tyres on your site available?

All the tyres shown on our site are available at the time of publication. We recommend that you make your choice quickly in order to avoid missing out. Before you validate your order, other customers may choose to buy your preferred tyres, and stocks could run out. As we have the largest choice of tyres available in Europe, we know that you'll find the right choice for your car.

Are the snow chains on your site available?

All the snow chains displayed on GRIP500 are available. To be sure to receive them quickly, we recommend ordering as soon as possible. This will ensure you a safe journey, without the risk of getting stuck in the snow.

Can I change the number of tyres ordered?

If you wish to modify the quantity ordered after the validation of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the change before sending your tyres.

Doing this couldn't be easier, simply go to our 'contact us' tab, and tell us your order number and the change you'd like to make.

We'll confirm the change by email.

Can I order several tyre sizes in the same order?

Before you order, we recommend that you check the tyres size on your front and rear axles.

Add the first set of tyres to your cart and click on 'continue shopping' to select the second set.

Once you've added all your items to your cart, all you have left to do is validate it.

What do you do once I've placed my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we'll send you an order confirmation email, which tells you that your order has been registered by our systems.

You have nothing left to do, our logistics teams will now prepare your products and dispatch them.

A delivery provider then takes over and delivers them to the address you indicated when you placed your order.

So that everything is clear and simple, we send you a parcel tracking number, so you can always see where your parcel is.
